Micah came to IDS in April 2017 looking to make a change from her Retail days. She has held management positions for the UPS Store and worked for other various retail chains. She loved working retail and brought that enthusiasm with her to IDS. Her passion, drive and great attitude make her a tremendous asset when dealing with customers.
She enjoys working with our customers and most enjoys that she can rely on them for help! She said, “They never let me fail or lead me astray! They also seem to really care about me as a person and that means a lot to me.”
When asked what Micah enjoys best about working for IDS, “my co-workers, they make this a fun and enjoyable place to work” she said. That close team environment is what IDS strives for with all our teams, but it is especially evident within the Pharmavite team thanks to Micah’s personality and efforts.
In her spare time, Micah enjoys spending time with her 2 kids. “They make me want to be a better person everyday”. She and her family love to go camping and enjoy adventures outside of Indiana. If you get her out of office that week there is a pretty good chance she is on her annual family Disney vacation!
