Salt Lake City IDS team has a new face in the warehouse. New IDS Warehouse Manager, Kameron Young joined the team in December 2018. Kameron comes to IDS from Regis Corporation where he was the Operations Manager for just over ten years. During his time at Regis, Young was involved in several projects such as the implementation of voice directed packing systems, and assisting in the set-up of their International Distribution Center in England.

Kameron was born and raised in Utah and received a B.S in Business Management from Utah Valley University in 2008. He has been happily married to his wife, Michelle for thirteen years. Together, they have two young daughters; Meagan (8) and Rachel (6) as well as a son, Sam (4). When he’s not working, Kameron says his family keeps him very busy and in constant motion.

The IDS team is very excited to see all of the great things Kameron will bring to the table as our latest edition in leadership. As Warehouse Manager, Kameron will be responsible for daily activities within the warehouse. These include labor scheduling, supervision, and proper utilization of space and equipment. Along with these responsibilities, Young will also be in charge of ensuring his team meets company objectives, productivity standards, profit sharing and cost control goals. We are incredibly fortunate to have such an experienced and valuable asset joining us and taking on this role. Kameron says he is very excited to be a part of the IDS team and is looking forward to all of the opportunities that may come from working for such a “dynamic company.” We look forward to building this new relationship and adding a promising new lead to our team. Welcome aboard, Kameron!
