This brand-new, state-of-the-art facility near Atlanta, Georgia enhances IDS Fulfillment’s capacity to deliver a competitive advantage for their clients. The strategic expansion allows IDS to better serve its growing client base in the Southeastern United States.
The newly leased facility is located at 495 Coweta Industrial Parkway, within the Coweta Industrial Park. The Class A, rear-load building is a fully secured, temperature-controlled warehouse designed to support a wide range of industries, including apparel, nutraceuticals, food and beverage, toys and games, sporting goods, health and beauty, and more.
“Our expansion into the Atlanta area is a key component of our growth strategy,” said Michael DeFabis, Chief Revenue Officer at IDS Fulfillment. “This new facility not only enhances our ability to provide reliable, scalable logistics solutions but also allows us to better serve our clients by offering quicker access to major transportation hubs, including the CSX Palmetto Intermodal Facility and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.”
The facility’s state-of-the-art design includes 55 loading docks, two drive-in doors, and a 32-foot clear height, ensuring efficient handling of goods. The building’s location, just one and a half miles from Interstate 85, provides easy access to the metro-Atlanta area and the broader Southeastern U.S. market. ”Coweta County’s tax credit incentives for new employees further support our commitment to creating jobs and contributing to the local economy,” said Wade Moore, Chief Operations Officer at IDS Fulfillment.
Colliers, a leading global commercial real estate services firm, facilitated the full-building lease. Andrea Hopper SIOR and Jimmy Cohoat SIOR of Colliers Indianapolis, along with Scott Plomgren SIOR of Colliers Atlanta, represented IDS Fulfillment in this transaction. The landlord was represented by Gordon Benedict SIOR and Courtney Oldenburg of CBRE Atlanta as well as Scott Delphey of Food Properties Group.

Scout Cold Logistics, the landlord, is a real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Miami, Florida, specializing in temperature-controlled infrastructure. The firm is dedicated to supporting industries that require advanced logistics capabilities, including grocery distribution, food production, and non-food perishable goods.
